BEN BROSSEAU
CEO
Ben Brosseau is the founder and CEO of County Line Rail. He is responsible for County Line Rail’s strategic planning, investor relations and the supervision of the firm activities.
Ben has more than 20 years experience as an expert in the real estate development business and has been responsible for the development, acquisition, disposition and management of more than $5.0 billion. Prior to his current role, Ben served as a Vice President of Real Estate Investments at Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT), a leader in high-end multifamily development, construction, and property management. In Ben’s seven years at Camden, he led the development of over 2,800 units totaling approximately $1.1B of invested capital in Arizona and California. In addition to his development responsibilities, Ben served on Camden’s Innovation Council and was involved in matters relating to finance and construction of Camden projects.
Prior to Camden Property Trust, Ben served as a partner at Phoenix Property Company, where he was involved in the acquisition, entitlement, and development of student housing projects in California. His experience also includes developing multifamily properties with JPI Multifamily. Prior to working in real estate, Ben was employed by JP Morgan Chase Bank in Chicago and New York, where he graduated from a rotational finance program.
Ben holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and History from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Ben is a member of the National Multi Housing Council and is a member of the Bronze Multifamily Council of ULI.
