Jake Rucker is the Vice President, Finance at County Line Rail, where he is responsible for new acquisition capitalization and supervision of debt/equity correspondence.

 

Prior to County Line Rail, Jake served as an Acquisitions Associate for JRK Investors, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm focusing on multifamily and hospitality opportunities across the country. While at JRK, he sourced and evaluated multifamily investments for two discretionary funds with $3.5 billion in purchasing power. During his tenure, Jake led the due diligence and closing of over 3,500 units and $800 million for JRK’s acquisitions team.

Jake received a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
