Director of Asset Management

Will Myers is responsible for overseeing the asset management of County Line Rail’s current portfolio.

Prior to County Line Rail, Will served as a Vice President of Asset Management for JRK Property Holdings, a Los Angeles based real estate investment firm focusing on  multifamily and hospitality opportunities across the country. While at JRK, Will managed a portfolio of assets, consisting of 2,200+ units, across multiple states.

Will received a B.A. in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of Colorado - Boulder.
